Not able to submit a ticket

I’ve been trying to submit a help ticket to swap numbers between my two phones for the past 20 minutes - no luck!
Clicking on submit button has no result - ticket number is not generated.
Tried both - via website and from the phone. All required fields were filled out.

which 2 phones are you trying to switch numbers?

If these are 3.0 phones and SIMs are GSM then one should be able to swap the SIM in the phones

If the SIMs are CDMA then if both phones use the same version of CDMA SIM (cSIM, iSIM, OTASIM) then you should also be able to swap the SIMs
