Does your plan include data, or just talk & text?
Both of the phones on our plan have stopped being able to access data. We have full bars but are unable to send or receive messages, or use the internet in any way when not connected to wifi.
This problem started today and our phone configurations have not changed at all. We are on the first day of the month for our data plan, so have plenty of data that should be available. Using cellular data for messaging etc is enabled.
