When attempting to activate a new BYOP SIM in a Moto G4 Plus, I get all the way to the Order Confirmation screen, but when I hit “Submit Activation”, I get a little Android pop-up that says “You do not have permission to access this resource”, and nothing happens. I’ve already checked the app settings and given the Republic app all the permission it asks for. How do I fix this?
The error you are seeing usually requires support intervention to properly correct. If activation is urgent, you could try creating the account with a different E-mail address, assuming you have another one available.
