Number Transfer did not happen

Issue Description Number Transfer

Send sofar 2 Help Tickets - # 1691759 - no respond.
Had a Moto G Republic Wireless - changed to a Pixel 3XL. Instead of keeping my old Number (redacted) I was assigned a new one (redacted)
The old # is still active on the old Phone.
Could you please solve that Problem ASAP.

Here’s how to handle this:

  1. Sign in at https://account.republicwireless.com/account/phones
  2. Under the NEW phone, click I want to and then Cancel. You’ll go through and get rid of the new number
  3. Then reactivate the phone, this time being sure to select “move” to move the number.

Now, if when you sign-in, you don’t see both phones there that means that you’ve activated the new phone using a different Republic account than your old phone and that’s why you didn’t get the choice to move your number.
