Number Transfer specific pin

I am trying to transfer out one of the two phone numbers I have with Republic to another provider but even though I have tried to update my pin both on the website and with the phone app I can’t seem to get it.
It feels like there is something simple I’m missing. We did have a number that was originally the account # but I’ve tried that one and the current # we are moving as the account # to use to port out and nothing is working.
Please Help!

This is usually caused because the line is assigned to a user. Try following the directions here: How to Un-Assign (Remove) a User – Republic Help and then asking the new carrier to completely cancel and resubmit the port request.
