Old network Vs New?

I have had the moto x and it was fine , now I have the moto x pure and I get poor reception , EVERYWHERE . Is there new phones that still use the Verizon network ?

or sprint I guess it was

  • Previous E/G/X phones on RW 1.0 and 2.0 Plans are on Sprint (which in some areas included Verizon as roaming partner
  • 3.0 phones purchased from Republic or BYOP at this point are* generally GSM* … The GSM carrier does not allow MVNO’s to use their name … so it is simply Republics GSM Carrier
  • Republic Wireless 3.0 CDMA Update announces the beginning of 3.0 phones that utilize CDMA and you will find a discussion referenced in the link

There are no “new” phone being sold to use on the Sprint network.

I use this Sprint map to check coverage for my phone on the 2.0 CDMA plan.

And this one for the my phones on the 3.0 GSM plans.

There is currently a soft launch test of RW’s planned 3.0 CDMA plans. Your X Pure is CDMA capable and may be able to change to the CDMA when/if it becomes available in 2017.

Thank you , I guess I’ll just have to wait to see if / when the update helps
