Is this happening on multiple Wi-Fi networks or just one?
Have you rebooted the phone?

I’ll look into your tickets now, but typically opening multiple tickets will always slow your response time, as we must merge them into a single ticket which then is worked based on the timestamp of the last ticket you opened.


I have only been on one wifi network. But I did uninstall and reinstall the app using data. I have turned the phone on and off but I haven’t reset it.

Good to know about the multiple tickets. Sorry that it takes more time on your end.
