Phone data still frozen?

I went over my data plan last month so my mapping and all other capabilities were frozen. I’m wondering why if my new month of data starts on the 16th and my phone shows I have barely used any last two days why my phone is still frozen for data. My billing cycle is on the 20th but I assumed that it bills 4 days after my latest month starts. I have the moto g.

If your billing date is the 20th then your new allocation of data will start on that day too. Why is the 16th relevant are you seeing that somewhere?

sounds like you may need to adjust the dates in android setting and/or the Republic app you data refresh is on billing date no other data would make sence
