Phone does not recognize I have data available

Paid for 1GB of data for the first time on Dec 25, 2019. Have used 35 MB to date per phone statistics.

Issue Description

Cellular data is now not working The Republic app on the phone says “Your plan does not currently include data. You can add data or upgrade at any time”.

Hi @mtr0890, I’m a fellow subscriber like you, so I can’t see your account information. Would I be correct in saying that your base plan only has talk + text and that you added 1GB of data on 12/25?

If so, it is possible your data expired. The additional 1GB of data lasts until your next billing cycle. It doesn’t stay around forever or roll over. If you want to have data every month, you would need to change your plan, not add 1GB of data. If you only need data every once in a rare while, then you could purchase the additional 1 GB of data, but know that it will expire at the end of the billing cycle.
