I’m sorry no one in our Community has tried to answer your question.
If you phone is screenlocked, there is nothing Republic can do to unlock it. The notification from Republic is not offering to help you unlock the phone.
Unlocking a phone when you don’t know the screen lock requires that you know the Google credentials (username and password) used on that phone. If you know those, you can get back into the phone by factory resetting it, then providing those credentials while setting up the newly reset phone. This process will wipe all of your personal content (photos, apps, text messages, music, etc) from the phone.
