UPS tracking indicates my phone has been delivered but I have not received it. What next steps do I need to take?
I’m sorry to hear your new phone failed to reach you. In addition to @cbwahlstrom’s excellent suggestion, I’m going to suggest that you raise a help ticket with Republic support. Historically, Republic has been very good at working with members who find themselves dealing with this unfortunate circumstance.
