My phone is not working… It turns on but does not let me swipe to enter the phone… I want to down grade my plan till i decide what to do… Can i downgrade my plan from my laptop??? This should be a simple task but it is obvious Republic does not want to make it easy to change your plan from the laptop…I have a 1st gen Moto G and it fell in the water. All I want to do is change my plan to the ten dollar a month plan…
I would suggest submitting a Help Ticket and selecting “Live Chat” and see if RW will change it for you.
edit: as an afterthought, the $5 wifi only plan is available for your device as well. You may want to power the device off and ensure the phone is thoroughly dried before attempting to power back on, it may still work, worth a try.
