They say no. I did previously with Moro G

Please edit your post and let us know exactly what the issue is you’d like help solving. From what you’ve written so far, it seems you may have a coverage issue, since the coverage on a G3 would have been different than that on a J7.

Please help us understand what “going bye bye” and “forced to buy som” might mean.

I think maybe they are confused as to going from Legacy phone and plan to the new current 3.0 plan and new device.
