Problem logging into Republic Wireless Anywhere


When I log into Republic Wireless Anywhere from my MacBook Air I get the below message:
"An error occurred processing legal terms and condition requirements. Please restart the app and try again or wait and try later."
I have deleted the app from my computer and re-downloaded with the same results. Is there a problem with the app, is it user error or something else?
