When I attempt to submit a Help Ticket I get a popup window with some links to help articles and also a Close and Send button. However the send button does not appear to be sending. I am using Windows 10 machine with a Firefox browser. I don’t see anything indicating the Help Ticket is incomplete. Am I missing something?

As suggested by @bocephous I used chat and they opened a Help Ticket for me. I suspect my attempt to open a Help Ticket had too much information (too many characters) in the problem description, and that caused the problem. Just a hunch.
