Problem with Republic Wireless "My Data" App



I have a Moto G4, with the 1GB data, talk and text plan. I am 15 days into my billing cycle, but when I open the Republic App to review my data usage, it shows 1GB remaining and there is no information about data usage.

I have used Facebook, Viber, e-mail, google, etc. outside of WiFi in the last month, so I should have some data usage. I’ve uploaded a screen shot. The buttons below the green “thumbs up” symbol look strange and the text isn’t positioned correctly.

How do I get this app to work correctly? Do I delete the Republic App and reinstall? Will my phone access WiFi so I can reinstall Republic from the app store if I delete it?
