I recently went through the process of getting a new phone because the Samsung J3 that I was using was not compatible in the area that I reside. I placed the Samsung J3 in the mail to be returned for a refund on the 11th of January and was wondering if the phone has been received by the Republic team and what the progress is on the refund for the return of the Samsung J3.
This is not something the community is going to be able to help you with. We are customers like yourself. You may want to check your spam folders to see if you received an Email from RW regarding this return.
