Removing apps you don't use w/o messing up your phone

What phone do you have? Moto E
What plan are you on?
Does your plan include data, or just talk & text?

Issue Description

I would like to remove 3 apps that I don't use,Quick Office, Google Play Movies & TV, Google Play Books. However, I don't want to remove ii if it is going to turn off some vital default app. How do I find out if these are necessary to have regular usage of my phone?

those apps should not cause an issue when removed

Moto E: Make the most of your phone's available storage

Some of the bundled apps that you may consider disabling include Assist, Cloud Print, Drive, Google Play Books, Google Play Games, Google Play Movies and TV, Google Play Newsstand, Google+, Hangouts, HP Print Service Plugin, Motorola Alert, and Motorola Migrate. Rule of thumb, if you don’t know for sure, leave the app enabled.

Google play movies and TV and Google play books are included with the Android operating system and can only be disabled, cannot be removed.

Disable apps that came with your device
You can’t delete some system apps that came pre-installed on your Android device. But you can turn them off so that they won’t show on the list of apps on your device
