Following a snow storm on Sunday, we lost power and our T-Mobile tower had no signal. Power was restored yesterday, but there’s still no signal from the tower. How does one report a tower outage?

Do you mean report it to Republic, or T-Mobile, or others?
I’m pretty sure T-Mobile would already be aware of it, but if you want to DM me an address or zip code or something, I can check and see if there’s some sort of ETA for a fix.

T-Mobile does report a local site outage in that area and has it assigned for repair, but there is no ETA and it appears the weather conditions are still impacting resolution.

Not yet. Tower is still out. My WiFi is excellent, however, so our phones are functional.
