Republic Anywhere 2 phones on the same account



I have the beta version of Republic Anywhere on my phone but when I try to install the new version on my wife’s phone I get the message that there is already a phone on it. Won’t let me install it on my wife’s phone for her use… Wonder what the issue is ?

I am no expert on Anywhere (as I am still learning like you). However, if I am not mistaken, you will have to assign a phone to you wife so she can use it. The following comes from the Republic Anywhere FAQs:

" What if there are multiple lines on my account? How do we each sign in?

The account owner must assign a user to an active service line on their account to allow that user access to the Anywhere service. Account owners have full access to messaging history, through the desktop app, for service lines that aren’t assigned to a specific user. For more information on how to assign users to service lines on your account, please read the “Assign This Phone” section of My Account."
