Absolutely! It syncs to a server (from my understanding), so it doesn’t matter if your phone is off . Hope that help!

I haven’t tested it personally but, yes, it should. Each client desktop or phone has its’ own discrete connection to Republic’s messaging servers.

Not only does it work if the cell phone is off, it works if the cell phone is destroyed, so long as you don’t cancel the line. This gives you a way to keep in touch while you arrange for a replacement phone.
