Republic app not recognizing network connection

The Republic app is not recognizing my wi-fi connection. When I go to Republic / Settings / Manage Account - it says, “This view is not available because you to not have cell or Wi-Fi connectivity”. I am currently connected to a wi-fi network and can get to internet sites. My phone number is {redacated} and looking at “Your Phone Info” shows that my app version is up to date. The voicemail function is not recognizing my 4-digit code.
