Republic Wireless Account

Good Morning Everyone. My husband and I have had RW for some time now. I setup the account with my email address and password and cna see my phone information , but his phone and account information is not allowing me to login using his email address and the password that is correct as we have it written down. What can we do so that I am able to look at my spouse’s account information… I see our payment on-line when RW deducts from account.
Any help is appreciated with his login.

Have you tried sending a password reset to the E-mail address you believe is associated with your spouse’s account?
