Response time on ticket > 48hours

Ticket # 1021140

No response back from technical support since Sunday. Shouldn’t the response be less than 24 hours?

I am having an issue with inbound calls, so would think this is rather serious and shouldn’t take this long.

Chat says they cannot help me, it is a tech issue. Very frustrating, any help would be appreciated.
