Return of device

I ordered a new device and received it early April for my spouse. she didn’t like the new phone so I followed instructions to mail it back for refund. I printed the label and mailed back on or about april 10 at a USPS location. I receive an email message every day for last 7-10 days saying the device has not arrived. I failed to look at any tracking number on the packing slip. how long does this transaction take or should I be concerned?

the tracking number should be in the email that had the shipping label

I don’t know whether or not you should be concerned, but if it were me I would open a Republic Help request and find out what’s going on.
