----Order date: 10/11/2018 Order #■■■■0127154 Motorola Moto E5 Play 16GB Has a bad Sim-card reader,that was determined when two sim cards were tried.Republic Wireless promised to send new phone w/return of faulty phone instructions weeks ago!!! Were is new phone? Can I get my money back? What is next step PLEASE------
