It would be awesome if RW could provide the option to subscribers to enable a human authenticator for inbound calls. For example, if you call my number, you would immediately be prompted to answer a simple automated math question such as “what’s 2+3?”. You would press 5 to continue with the call. A feature like that would be handy to reduce robo calls. Wrong answers would make a call-back authentication challenge more difficult such as asking “what’s 20+20?”. You would then press 40. The system could allow a few more retries for callers who enter the wrong numbers by mistake. Too many retries and the caller would get blocked for 8 hours or so.
