Issue Description

galaxy s9
my choice

ims registration status not registered

rebooted phone
power off phone
refreshed republic wireless activation

no lte

sim card status = disconnected
service state = in service

Hi @rakota, welcome back to the Community!

Try turning the phone off and popping the SIM out. Carefully give the SIM a wipe and re-seat it back into the tray and back into the phone.
Turn the phone back on and see if that helps.
The “sim status” should read “Republic”.

Thanks for the suggestions but nothing worked. RW thinks it’s a bad SIM card and is sending a new one.
