When are we able to open a ticket I have tried for several days.
Are you trying to open a ticket from your phone or from your PC? Which browser are you using? At what point in the process do you get the message telling you the servers are busy>
I just tried opening a ticket from my PC using Chrome and got all the way up to actually posting the ticket. I didn’t post it because I didn’t want to bother RW support.
Any issues are usually quickly reported and tracked in the Status link at the bottom of the page and there will be a sticky ‘Announce’ blurb at the top of the page.
If you’ve been seeing a “servers are having issues” code when trying to open a ticket, for several days, something other than our servers is having issues. If you’d like to give us a general idea what you need to open a ticket about, or message me privately with the details, I’ll be glad to open a ticket for you.
