Setting up voicemail without wifi

I don’t have wifi available on my Moto G 3rd gen phone. I need to access my voicemails and can’t figure out how to get to them. I lost the window I get on my home screen about my voicemails and can’t figure out how to get my voicemails. When I press 1 on my phone go to voicemail I need a password to access my voicemails. Since I don’t have wifi on my phone how do I set up a password or access my voicemails?

one does not need WiFi to access or setup password

to access with out a password from your phone

  1. Tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the Phone app.
  3. Tap Call History.
  4. Tap VOICEMAIL on the right hand side.
  5. Tap on a voicemail message.
  6. Tap Listen.
