SIM 1 not provisioned MM#2

Hello! I am a previous 4.0 plan holder who purchased the S21 with the new 5.0 plan. I also activated a new A71 from the new 5.0 plan that was previously on the 4.0 plan. With some hiccups the A71 is now fully functioning.

My S21 is getting an error “SIM 1 not provisioned MM#2” and has been unable to activate. I am still able to use the previous 4.0 plan with my old S8.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I have a help ticket opened but have not heard anything from the help team.

This seems to indicate that your number transfer is still pending…when this stops working…you will be ported over and likely the error will resolve itself at that time.
