Issue Description

Had fast and prompt delivery of 2 phones ordered, Just an FYI for those receiving phone with SIM card installed as a courtesy. Mine was inserted incorrectly on 2 Moto e5 play phones. When activating, phones displayed no SIM card available, after looking closely at icon near where SIM was inserted, noticed it was not correct orientation of card, re-oriented card and activation went smoothly. Again just an FYI on those having an issue with activation when they receive units with SIM card already inserted.

Hi @markm.z4t0cq,

Thanks for sharing this information to other members who may be experiencing the same thing. We have seen a few reports of incorrectly-installed SIM cards on the E5 Play and have alerted the fulfillment team to be sure the individuals responsible receive some additional training.
