Slow response for ticket help


I submitted a ticket for help with a RW phone that completely stopped functioning yesterday morning. Any idea how long a typical response time is for this type of issue?

For a completely inoperative phone, response time should be less than 24 hours. If you post your ticket number here, I (or one of the other Ambassadors or Experts) can ask for someone to take a look.

You should also check: Tickets | Republic Wireless to be sure there isn’t a response waiting for your that somehow got filtered to spam.
