Sprintdm reset device

I am away from home where I don’t get cellular but do get WiFi. Every time I try to make a phone call, I get this message saying “Cell configuration required” and I’m asked to Reset Device. Then it restarts but I go through the whole thing again. It won’t stop. How do I get it to stop??
