What is the typical problem resolution time for customer’s requiring support assistance? What has been your experience? I am receiving a response from support about every 12 to 24 hours for my open issue which began 5 days ago.
“Typical” is going to vary widely based on our current volume. We are currently carrying a high ticket volume, so responses will not be as fast as we would like to deliver them.
