My banking app has two layer authentication and it requires code entry that is received by text or select automated call. Problem being, it gets flagged as suspected spam and goes right to voice-mail, with no alert. I went into phone settings and number is not on my blocked, but gives me the option to so that confirms it was never blocked. Other than turning off my spam call protection, how do I allow a legitimate number through? I did Google and tried both the phone security settings, as the number is clearly not spam, and the Republic settings [which were fine].
If anyone has anything that I may be missing, that would be great!
