how can I change my email address for this account. the one I originally used is not working
If you go to Account Management | Republic Wireless, there will be a little pencil by the “Profile” tab. Click it, change the email address to your new one, and then click the “Update” button. That should do it! For further reading, see this document. Hope that helps! Merry Christmas!

Do you happen to have access to the old email address even temporarily? If so, you can use the forgot password link. If not, you’ll need to direct email to email@example.com to raise a support ticket. Staff will respond with some questions to verify account ownership.

I’ve been waiting hours with an open ticket. It says neither email is associated with an account
You should receive a response within 12 hours of your ticket creation (it’s usually much shorter).
