Terrible phone reception

Issue Description

All of a sudden my phone has terrible reception unless i’m at my home or office, it states i have no network working connection and i cant talk or text. I called Motorola and they mention that Republic Wireless needs to refresh my PRL.
Is it something you can do?

Note: The updating PRL is a function available only if the carrier/phone is CDMA (Sprint)

Can you think of anything else I should look into with the plan i have with Republic Wireless, because in the past I had no issues at the same location I lost service on Saturday?

Did you recently migrate from an Legacy phone (Moto X1/X2, G1/G3, E1/E2) to a 3.0 phone and is it a CDMA phone?

@markw.9prxq6 Are you still having this issue? If you open the Republic App on your phone, hit the gear at the top and then “about”, what does it say there under “SIM Type”? What is your ZIP code?
