Text message content given with a subpoena?

When a legal subpoena is obtained and provided, what exactly is given out by Republic? Is it just the call / text logs (that a user can already view on their own account) or is there a way to get the actual CONTENT (words) of the historical text messages?

It is more than what you get on the site, but depending on timeframe may or may not include message content. Republic retains the data they are required to by law as a regulated telecommunications provider and that data is made available when the proper court order is produced.
