Texts wont Send. Keeps saying Phone not activated

Issue Description

Texts won’t send or receive. When I text the screen says failed to send and then when I retry it says phone not activated. When I go to activate it says phone is already activated. the phone call operate normally.<!—Make sure to describe your situation fully, when it started and what you tried.—>

What app are you using to send texts? If I recall correctly, the Alcatel A30 included a messaging app not supported by Republic Wireless. Please make sure you are using Messages by Google.
