Ticket Submit Button Not Working

I have a ticket started and have been messaging back & forth with Megan. My issue is not resolved & when I click on the submit button with my response, it will not sent. I have been trying to respond since yesterday & my message will not send…

What do I do now?

Did you get an email with you ticket activity. If you reply to that email…that should add your comments to the ticket.

I did find an issue with the reply button in the help portal. I have sent this to the developers. Just reply over email for now. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
