Time on call logs

Can somebody tell me how to change the time on the call logs? I monitor my kids but the time is off by 4 hours (ahead) and I don’t see anywhere in settings where I can change that. It’s funny, if you sign in on a phone, it shows the right time but not on my laptop and yes, the time on my laptop is correct.

It isn’t possible to change, it is always in UTC which until Sunday is +4 on Eastern Daylight but will become +5 once we move back to EST.
