My son wants to pay for his own phone. How do we transfer his account into his name so that he will be billed for his phone?

As a starting point, is your son’s phone the only phone housed in the account currently? Or, are there multiple phones in that account?

This is a bit clunky, mainly because there are some very strict federal regulations involved that are intended to safeguard your privacy so someone can’t just contact us and take one of your phone numbers right out from under you.
