I want to transfer my daughter’s phone into her name so she can begin paying for it. How do I do this?

To help us best help you; is your daughter’s phone the only phone on the current account? Or, are there multiple phones on the account and hers needs to be separated to its’ own account?
There are multiple phones on the account. I want to separate hers and her husband’s phones to their own account.
