I have an account with two phones. One is my daughter’s and she needs the PIN to transfer her number out. Since her phone shows up in my account, Can I update/change her PIN in my account under her phone? Moto G7
When porting out of Republic (taking your number to a new carrier) your account number is the number you are porting out without the dashes. If you have multiple lines on your account it means that each of them has its own account number. You’ll also need to create or set your PIN following the directions here:
If your daughter’s line is assigned to her in the portal, you’ll either need to sign-in with the email it is assigned to and set a PIN there or you’d need to UNassign the line following the directions here: https://help.republicwireless.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013647787-How-to-Un-Assign-Remove-a-User and then it’ll use the primary account PIN.
