You seemed to have trouble with your phone a week ago and posted for some help here in the community where users can help each other. It has been a while and we haven’t heard back. Have you gotten your phone to work?
If you did, what did you do?

Yes I was sent 2 different SIM cards with instructions to use one to activate my phone and then install the other one.
