Does anyone have any idea how to get the proper attention of Republic’s team members in order to get a problem solved? My phone is 6 months old, broke 4 days ago & I am just trying to get a replacement phone under the warranty. Responses through the help ticket take AT LEAST 24 hours, and accomplish next to nothing. For a company that’s run exclusively online, I expect a quicker online response and much better customer service. Any ideas on how to actually get problems resolved?
Warranty work is normally done by the manufacture, especially after 6 months. Have you contacted the manufacture?
Republic does have a chat line that is usually available using the online support link. Republic Help
You can also post your ticket number and one of the ambassadors can contact Republic in your behalf.
