Updating payment information

I went to my settings to update my payment /credit card information - there is no information listed - the information is blank. Am I supposed to complete the information? Or why isn’t it listed?

Or does it have to do with - I signed up for the 12 months for 10 months pay in advance program when it was initially announced.
