I want to upgrade my phone to a new phone. I have lost the old one and have locked it. What would be my next step?

I want to keep the same number.

there will be an option during activation of the SIM/Phone

1st are you a current customer then upgrade or new line

if some how the new phone/SIM is activated on the account as a new line Republic support can swap the numbers and deactivate the old phone via a help ticket
