Has Moto beat RW to the announcing of a new RW compatible phone?
Moto indicates new Z2 Play is available for pre-order and compatible with RW.

It would sure look that way wouldn’t it? I haven’t heard anything, but looks as if Motorola leaked it ;).
I would not take Motorola’s ‘announce’ for an indication that Republic has tested and approved a particular model of phone. Remember the RW app/backend has to also be updated with the necessary checks before the RW App will load and operate properly. Republic will announce any newly approved phones in the Announcements & News - Community Forums section of the forum
